Smile

Have you ever noticed, most of the people carry a default expression on their face (mainly during inactive periods of time) which looks like this:

When they are asked for a favour, half of them would rather give a suspicious look, which looks like this:

Why the default expression has to be serious, why it can’t be smile. Even when there is no problem, why do people always feel surrounded by some sort of negativity which they often talk about too. For example, “it’s such a hot day”, “oh God, it’s raining, weather is bad”, “look at that fellow, how ridiculous!”, “It’s such a hectic day”, “it was a slack weekend”.

Working women complain, ‘they have so many responsibilities and housewives complain’, “they have a boring routine”.

The other side of the coin allures. We all have a bad habit of not valuing what we have, or what is in the present, because we like to justify our inactivity by defining non-existent problems (although unconsciously).

Why can’t we talk about positive things going around, and give everyone a reason to smile?  Infact, jokes can be cracked on negative things. Every problem can be cured with humour. Why to keep unnecessary lines on forehead.

Biology says that smile boosts immune system, lowers blood pressure and makes you look younger. And psychology says that smile is the fastest way to lift your mood, and it reduces distress in an upsetting situation.

Everything is vain is a failure if not done with happy mood. And nothing is impossible in life to be achieved if this simple thing is taken care of. What we need to do is, just live our present, cherish all positive things, and neglect the negatives of everything and everyone around. It’s like extracting the juice from a fruit and leaving away the useless pulp.
